Hi there writin down Choreo is a personal thing eally there is no right or wrong way as long as you understand the movement.
Try videoing your chorography that helps me sometimes

Hey!
I find it difficult to write down choreography!
I always video it now. You could video it yourself or ask someone to video it for you!
It's a great way to record it!
